10 Core Beliefs That Make Your Dreams Come True!

“What you think about most of the time, your life becomes!”
Earl Nightingale, author of The Strangest Secret.

I was providing executive coaching for a young leader the other day and he said, “I’m nervous that I won’t be able to handle all the new responsibilities. I’m in charge of a lot of people now and I’ve been losing sleep worrying about it.”

“An essential part of being a mesmerizing leader is knowing how to effectively lead yourself,” I replied. “The best leaders have a core set of beliefs that serve them, and those they lead, very well.”

He asked, “What are those core beliefs?” I responded, “There are 9 foundational beliefs that will help you shine as a leader, while also helping you to make your personal dreams come true!”

The young man’s curiosity grew, as he sat up and leaned in…

10 Core Beliefs of High Achievers

  1. I am already enough and have nothing to prove. I excel because the pursuit of goals provides growth and fulfillment.
  2. I don’t need others’ approval to value my own worth. I fully love and accept who I am, while continually seeking to improve my beliefs and behaviors.
  3. The universe is on my side, and situations always work out for me, even when it doesn’t appear that way at first.
  4. There is no failure, only feedback. As long as I’m learning and applying the earned wisdom, I will continue succeeding!
  5. Adversity makes me stronger and my biggest breakthroughs are hidden in the places I don’t initially want to go. If I can’t (go there), I must (go there and shine!)
  6. The trust and confidence I have in myself and others grows more plentiful every day!
  7. I expect miracles to happen all the time, and when clues show up for how to make progress towards my goals and dreams, I immediately seize the opportunity by taking action!
  8. The more value I bring to others, the more valuable I become in the world. Givers gain!
  9. I live in an abundant world and continually draw the right people, situations, and opportunities into my life. I do not chase success. I attract it to me through kindness, generosity, being joyful, and expressing gratitude!
  10. The goal of life is to find your gifts and then freely give them away. The secret to prosperous living is being joyful in giving and receiving!
I recommended that this young leader print out these core beliefs and carry them around in his pocket for the next 30 days. You should do the same. Over this time, your subconscious mind will absorb these transformational beliefs and begin making them your reality!

Exciting opportunities, events, and blessings will fall upon you as your mind is re-trained to have a “prosperous consciousness.” I say re-trained because most people are plagued with a lack consciousness, and don’t know it.

I’ve worked hard on improving my beliefs over the years, and it’s allowed me to attain most of my bucket list goals. Making over 50 guest appearances on television, being a part of TEDx, writing books, traveling across the country and Europe providing keynotes, and becoming friends with the legends of the personal development industry have been such a blessing.

Yet, when my friend, Randy Gage, released his PQ (Prosperity Quotient) Test, some of my childhood fear-based ideas around money were revealed. This surprised me because I thought all those beliefs had already been upgraded.

If you’re interested in what your PQ score is, take the Test and find out! www.survivingtothriving.me/pq

If you have other core beliefs that have served you well over the years, I’d love to see them!

Enjoy today!

🙂 Tim

  1. Is “10” a belief or goal? If it is a goal, does that mean the first nine are the “core beliefs”?
