7 Sleep Habits That Cause Weight Gain!

1. Going To Bed Too Late. (Target: 10pm-11pm)
2. Sleeping in a lit room or close to a bright alarm clock. (Light increases cortisol.)
3. Listening to your smart phone beep throughout the night.
4. Exercising at night. (Increased body heat lowers melatonin release.)
5. Watching TV or being on a computer. (This releases noradrenaline, a stimulation|      |  hormone.)
6. Reviewing the day or planning tomorrow in your head! (This causes restlessness.)
7. Eating in bed. (Causes your body to digest rather than rest!)
